ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 or older. Employees of HallPass, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively with Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), “Released Parties”) and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. HOW TO ENTER: Between at or around 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/22/2026 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/25/2026, follow @hallpasscandy on Instagram, find the post about the sweepstakes, and follow the directions in the post to be entered for a chance to win. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/25/2026. Entries than are deemed inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise not in keeping with Sponsor’s image, as solely determined by Sponsor will be void. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro or other automated means or by any means with the intent to subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply. You must follow @hallpasscandy in order for your entry to be eligible. You can unfollow any time after the winner has been announced.
WINNER DETERMINATION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/25/2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via email or direct message, and they will have 24 hours from notification to respond to Sponsor. The failure to respond to such notification, the return of a prize as undeliverable, or the potential winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
PrizeS (1,200): Sample packs of 1 Peanut Cup and 1 Peanut Crème Crispy Wafer. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3.64. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,368.00. Prizes will be sent to winners via U.S. mail using the address provided at time of winner notification. Allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Winners may not substitute a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person. If, for whatever reason, Sponsor does not receive a sufficient number of eligible entries, all prizes may not be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, Instagram user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, Instagram profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’ s participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, likes, comments, tags, messages, email or other communications of any kind; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; or (vii) injury or damage to any person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or any Sponsor website or platform, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and if terminated, at its discretion, select potential winners at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
PRIVACY: Information submitted in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
