45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Overview

At HallPass, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a HallPass product you purchased from hallpasscandy.com, we'll send you a replacement product, let you try another product, or provide a refund.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the HallPass 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to original, consumer purchasers in the United States. Satisfaction Guarantee requests must be made within 45 days of your original purchase.

How to Claim the Guarantee

If you purchased from hallpasscandy.com:

Contact us directly at contact@hallpasscandy.com. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist HallPass in processing your request.

Guarantee Guidelines

HallPass reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where HallPass concludes that the purchaser has abused the HallPass 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. HallPass may amend or terminate the HallPass 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

Wholesale Orders

We do not offer refunds or returns on wholesale purchases. Please reach out to contact@hallpasscandy.com if you need support (alternate flavors, replacement for damaged product, etc.). We'll make it right.
